Screen Size

If you choose the menu Tools and then Screen Resolution, you will find a simple form that allows you to choose from a number of screen resolutions.  First choose the screen resolution that you want to use as your standard. Now open Microsoft Access and make sure that the Microsoft Access window is not maximized.

What you have to do now is manually position your Microsoft Access window so that it overlays the screen resolution form shown in Figure 1. You can see how the corner is being positioned in Figure 2. From then on, unless you maximize or change the Access window, you will be working in a window that is your correct screen resolution size.
